Hence, wepropose a reference model for referential RFID impacts. Our artefact supports thestructuring and evaluation of RFID benefits along business processes as we proposeindicators for the derivation of an individual RFID cause-and-effect-chain. Forevaluation, the model is applied in a Russian automotive project.
